Why Scarsilk
Three things people tell us make the difference when treating a scar day after day.

One 1.5 m roll trims down to a fine surgical line or a wide C-section scar. Scissors are all you need.

Rinse in warm water, let it dry and re-apply. Each strip lasts for repeated wear before you swap it.

Soft, breathable and drug-free. Self-adhesive with no gels or straps, so it sits flat and invisible under clothes.
The change over time
Silicone works by keeping the scar hydrated and under gentle, even pressure. Worn 12+ hours a day, most people see a raised, red scar gradually become flatter, paler and softer over a few months.

Illustrative comparison. Individual results vary and depend on the scar, skin type and how consistently the sheet is worn.
How to use
No gels, no mess. Clean, cut, and press on.

Wash the scar and pat it fully dry. Skip lotions and oils so the sheet sticks well.

Trim a piece a little larger than the scar with clean scissors, then peel off the backing.

Smooth it over the scar. Build up from 4–8 hours a day to 12+ hours as your skin adapts.
For best results wear 12+ hours a day. On post-surgical scars, start 1–2 weeks after stitches are removed and once the skin is fully closed with no scabbing.
Made for
Silicone is the option skin specialists reach for first - because it works on most raised or discoloured scars, old or new.

The science, simply
Scarsilk is 100% medical-grade silicone (polydimethylsiloxane) — the same material used in clinics. It has no drugs and no active cosmetic ingredients. It works physically:
A breathable silicone layer balances the scar's moisture, so skin slows its over-production of the stiff collagen that raises a scar.
Constant, even contact helps flatten raised tissue and calm the itching and tightness that come with a healing scar.
It protects fragile new skin from clothing rub and UV, two things that make scars darker and more stubborn.
